You retain ownership of the content you create in Offload (tasks, lists, notes). By using our cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Offload offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Offload is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
